My name is Stephanie Mendoza, and I work as a statistician here at Westat in the Statistics and Evaluations Sciences unit.

I've worked on a pretty wide range of projects.

I really enjoy this variety because it means that I'm constantly being challenged with something new.

Since we work on such a wide variety of projects, we're always challenged to keep up with current methods and to be innovative in the things that we do.

I particularly enjoy the workplace culture.

My colleagues are very friendly, willing to help, supportive and intelligent.

I want to emphasize that Westat is very employee focused and they really care about their employees and making sure that we are having a great experience here at Westat.
